Trustee Report - Cemetery burial plot dispute
Trustee Rob Parrish explained resident Mr. Harris' concerns with family member burial plots and cemetery. Cemetery Board has offered several options to correct the issue; all cemeteries have been re-surveyed with markers being added to ensure accuracy.

Old Business - Lawsuit filed for Steuben Road
A lawsuit has been filed by Nunda residents against the Township for the installation of a parking lot near Steuben Rd, which wrongly named Nunda Township in the suite. The Nunda Township Road District is a separate entity and should not have been a defendant. Attorney Puma has requested a motion to file by opposing attorney to dismiss Nunda Township from the suite.
